This method returns a list of pending scheduled messages.
The team_id
is only relevant when using an org-level token. This field will be ignored if the API call is sent using a workspace-level token.

signifies the Unix timestamp of the earliest range you're interested in. latest
signifies the latest. If both oldest
and latest
are specified, oldest
must be less than latest
.
